ORCA, a bespoke engineering company serving the commercial diving and subsea industry, has announced the appointment of Rachael Thomson as Business Coordination Lead.
Rachael joins ORCA at a key stage in the company’s growth and will be based at the newly opened Blackpool office, supporting coordination across engineering, compliance and commercial activities.
She brings a strong background in business support and coordination, with experience focused on improving day‑to‑day efficiency and supporting successful project delivery. In her new role, Rachael will work closely with teams across the business, helping to improve internal processes, support client interactions and maintain clear coordination across ongoing projects.
As ORCA continues to expand its engineering and compliance operations worldwide, the Business Coordination Lead role will play an important part in supporting activity across the company’s core areas, including Bespoke Engineering, Products and Global Compliance.
