ORCA Appoints Lee Duncan as Compliance Director

ORCA, a leading company supporting the commercial diving sector, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Lee Duncan as Compliance Director.

Lee was serving as General Manager at ORCA, where he played a key role in the company’s operational development and the delivery of projects across the diving industry. With extensive experience in diving operations, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks, Lee has been closely involved in supporting diving contractors with compliance and technical assurance.

In his new role as Compliance Director, Lee will lead ORCA’s compliance services, working with diving contractors to ensure their systems, equipment, and documentation meet the requirements of recognised industry standards and regulatory bodies. This includes supporting contractors with system certification, audits, and compliance with guidance such as IMCA recommendations and class requirements.

ORCA has developed a strong reputation for assisting contractors in maintaining compliant and operationally ready diving systems. Lee’s appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on providing specialist compliance support to the commercial diving industry.
